Central Power Distribution Company of Andhra Pradesh Limited ( APCPDCL ) has published an advertisement for the recruitment of Junior Linemen in which applications are invited in prescribed format from deserving and desirous candidates. Applicants who are eligible as per prescribed qualification, age, etc are required to submit applications only in prescribed proforma along with essential documents to concerned circles from 25.01.2012 to 25.02.2012. Remaining details such educational qualification, age limit, how to apply, selection procedure, etc are given below:

Recruitment details for the job of Junior Lineman: -

Seat Reservation – i. Local Candidates – 80% and Other candidates – 20% and ii. BC – 25% plus Muslim candidates – 4%, SC- 15% and ST – 6%

Age limit – Candidates’ age for the job of junior linemen should be between 18 years and 35 years as on 01.07.2011.

Relaxation in age – Relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST/BC candidates will be given.

Pay Scale – Applicants who will be selected as Junior Linemen will be paid Rs. 8760 to 14145/- per month

Academic Qualification – SSLC or SSC or 10th Class with ITI in Electrician / Wire man Trade or Intermediate Vocational Course in respective discipline from any certified institute.

Selection procedure – Applicants who will qualify Cycling and Pole Climbing test Meter Reading, will be elected as Junior Linemen.

2. Application form should be furnished in all respects in prescribed format having explained details about educational qualification, age limit, community etc and affix a recent passport size photograph attested by gazetted officer at prescribed space in application form.

3. Application complete in all respects along with photocopies of certificates of educational qualification, age limit etc should be forwarded by post or manualy to concerned circle superintending.

4. Last date of submission of application is 25.02.2012
