Age Limit: Candidates must have completed the minimum age of 18 years and must have not completed the maximum age of 39 years as on 01/07/2012. In case of SC/ST Candidates maximum age limit shall be 44 years and Physically Challenged candidates shall be 49 years.

Educational Qualification:

I. School Assistants: Candidates must posses Bachelors Degree & B.Ed Degree in concerned subject, also having APTET pass certificate/Memorandum of Marks.

II. SGT: Must possess Intermediate Certificate issued by the Board of Intermediate Education, AP or Any other & D.Ed Certificate, also having APTET pass certificate/Memorandum of Marks.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay a fee of Rs-250/- towards application processing and Teachers Recruitment Test for each post through APONLINE or e-seva centers between 16/02/2012 to 16/03/2012.

Selection Process: Candidates shall be selected on the basis of combined marks secured in the Written Test (80%) and TET (20%) in all categories of posts except PET for which selection shall be on the basis of written test (100%) only.

Rajiv Yuva Kiranalu (RYK) scheme as part of the Rajiv Education and Employment Mission (REEM) at the Port Stadium in Visakhapatnam on Saturday to mark the birth anniversary of former prime minister Rajiv Gandhi. First phase of Aadhaar enrollment has been under progress in Hyderabad, Rangareddy, East Godavari, Srikakulam, Adilabad, Anantapur and Chittoor. It is estimated that about 50 percent of enrollments were completed in these districts. But the delivery of unique number cards has been delayed due to logistic problems. The second phase of enrollment process for Aadhaar will commence from August 2011 in the remaining 16 districts of the state.
